The ugly American Buddhist

I have a new piece up at qarrtsiluni, a (very) short story called Red Letter Day. It’s set in Japan, and I’d like to think it borrows a bit from the modern Japanese aesthetic (I read a shitload of Japanese literature in college), but you can be the judge of that.
