Yes, I guess a lot of states outlaw hunting with rifles altogether. And then there are those that allow hunting over bait, or hunting bear with dogs, and so on. Probably the only thing all the states have in common is that the game regulations book is an inch thick and changes every year! Thanks for the comment.
