Spring in the sticks

Oh, give us pleasure in the flowers to-day;
And give us not to think so far away
As the uncertain harvest; keep us here
All simply in the springing of the year.

First day of spring —
I keep thinking about
the end of autumn.

  1. Dave, there is certainly a strange mixture of life and death outside. I had buds coming up on my apple trees, only to be frozen over by the last couple days of snow. This time last week it was 65 F and two days later below freezing. March seems to be the month with the most difficult time at making decisions.
