A video poem I just put together using some footage of lekking gnats from last summer and a poem I wrote back in October.

    Oh, I like this. I remember the poem perfectly: I thought it one of your best at the time, & this is a great setting for it.

      Oh, thanks, Dale. I wasn’t sure of it at the time, and I’m still not: to me, the poem lacks that special “oomph.” But I think it says what it wants to say pretty well, and it was the perfect fit for that gnat cloud footage, so I’m kind of pleased with how the video turned out.
