with self publishing, blogs, communities online, are we not somewhat feral?
what situations are there that correlate with being fed and owned and cared for?
what kind of sterilisation or muzzling fits with what kinds of care?
i am probably over thinking this but it seemed an unusual metaphor which
gives leadership or individuality to a third party which seems to be something
extraordinary for writers or poets?
perhaps they are jobs, grants or prizes which seek specific kinds of writing.
