What a wonderful poem, Luisa! I like its light-footedness.

The stanzas that Dave chose for the Digest -

"Between the world we left
when we passed through

the doors, and the world
beginning to unreel before us,"

strike me as what I might have written
on Sept 20 (bday, bits on Digest) if I hadn't been
serious and literal -- trying to get it right,
for others. I'm not a fan. More of a fan
of Rene Char: "How can we live
without the unknown before us?"
And of your and Dave's daily and weekly online
work! Awe.
