Instructions for Righteous Anger

Let's use every scrap of vegetable,
every wrinkled peel of fruit: chop fine
with a cleaver or run through a food mill, 
mix with mounds of minced garlic and onion 
then finish off with a cup of dried chili 
and oil. The recipe says you can tuck in 
a spoonful of brown sugar, reminder of our
true nature before being goaded into fire.
